Athletic Performance Training
Athletic Performance training is held for all of our U11 and older competitive teams by the trained staff of Ignition APG. Teams spend at least 30 minutes each week with the trainers. Training sessions are geared towards the soccer athlete and specific to each age group. Sessions are intended to enhance balance, agility, endurance and non-weight to minimal weight based strength training. The goal of APT (Athletic Performance Training) is to grow a complete athlete and reduce the potential of injury while playing the beautiful game.
